How do I view the details of my membership online?
To access your membership details and your holiday history , you need to speak to our member relations team who will assist you in generating your own log in id and password. With these you can log on to www.clubholidayscaes.com and view your membership details.

When does my CLUB HOLIDAYSCAPES membership start ? When can I book my first holiday?
Your CLUB HOLIDAYSCAPES membership starts once your duly signed membership application form along with your Down Payment cheque and your PDC cheque have been received by our head office team and a welcome kit along with your membership certificate and membership card reaches you. Its mandatory for you to pay a minimum of 25% of your total membership fee to be eligible to start utilization of your membership benefits and book your holidays. However , you may avail your special offer holidays once 15% of your membership fee has been realized.

How can I split my CLUB HOLIDAYSCAPES membership to make multiple holidays?
Your CHS membership allows you to make maximum use of your membership. In CHS own resorts and tie-up resorts ; you can book up to minimum of 2 nights at a time in one destination , and up to a maximum of 14 nights at a time in one destination. Your membership unit and season and availability of resort will define the same.

What is the forward and backward accrual benefit for me in CLUB HOLIDAYSCPES membership?
Your CHS membership allows you forward accrual up to a maximum of 21 days (you can store up to 21 days of unused inventory at any given time) ; and days in access to 21 days of unused inventory will lapse. Under backward accrual , you can use up to a maximum of 21 days at any given point of time , allowing you to enjoy up to 21 days of holidays in our bouquet of resorts and hotels available.

How can I holiday more than 7 days at a time ?
You can avail accumulated nights from the previous year or you can advance your entitlement from the following year. Your ASF has to be prepaid or the inventory before confirming your holiday.

What is a CHS resort/hotel/residency and what is a tie-up holiday destination?
At CHS, we are making an endeavor to provide a vast arena of holiday options to you , keeping in mind your desire to holiday more and benefit more from your membership. Currently , CHS has a full scale resort at JODHPUR , a unique boutique residency at KHANDALA and a lease service resort occupancy at GOA. In addition to these , we have added a bouquet of tie-up resort/hotels /villas for you in destinations like SIMLA, MANALI, BHIMTAL, NAINITAL,AULI,CORBETT,SARISKA,GURGAON,GANGTOK,KOLKATTA,PUNE and many more coming soon.

What is a season band and season chart?
All your holiday destinations are segregated in bands of season exhibiting the most visited time of the year by tourists to that destination to the most quiet time of that destination. The season bands are purple , red, white and blue. The season chart or the year is released by CHS on 5th. Jan of every year. The current year chart is exhibited for you on this site.

Can I gift or rent my holidays ?
Your CHS membership can be gifted or rented at your own free will. You need to submit an authorization letter to CHS nominating your guest to holiday and follow the CLUB RULES. A nominal guest fee would be applicable for all such bookings as decided by the management.

What is ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE and when do I pay it ?
Your ASF is a recurring fee payable by you every year to CHS. This ASF is used to maintain the resorts and all its facilities in good condition for your pleasant holiday experience. ASF is mandatory to be paid every year starting from the month when your holiday entitlement begins. The ASF may be revised from time to time based on consumer price index / wholesale price index . The ASF is subject to Service Tax as applicable.

How do I book my holidays ?

    What information do I need to provide for sending a booking request ?
    The following information is a must to help us assist you in all your booking requests :

  • Your membership number

  • No. of adults and children going for holiday (preferably mention their age)

  • Name of resort or destination

  • Check in date and check out date of your holiday

  • You can give more than one option for date and location to help us widen our search.

    What is flexi holiday system at CLUB HOLIDAYSCAPES? How does it benefit me ?
    At CHS , your membership has been designed to cater to your changing holiday needs. Your holiday entitlement is based on a point system specially designed to give you a fair weight- age while cross holidaying in a different season or apartment. While you can enjoy a compliment of full 07 days of holidays in a unit of your season and size, the same will vary wile doing a cross over or using a tie-up property of KDJ.

    Once my booking is confirmed , what documents should I carry to the resort?
    Upon confirmation of your holiday , CHS will provide you with a confirmation holiday voucher which you need to carry to the resort along with a valid photo identification (govt. approved) . Failure of the presence of primary guest in whose name the voucher is issued may result in the resort refusing accommodation at the resort.

    Once my booking is confirmed , can I make any changes for same ?
    Your membership allows you a lot of flexibility for your holidaying needs. Our holiday systems allow you to make a cancellation and l re-credit of your inventory nights as per below mentioned chart :
    Purple Season : Cancellation not permitted
    Red Season : Cancellation and full re-credit of your inventory up to 45 days in advance
    White Season : Cancellation and full re-credit of your inventory up to 30 days in advance
    Blue Season : Cancellation and full re-credit of your inventory up to 15 days in advance

    What is RCI and how does it work ?
    RCI is world’s largest holiday exchange network with over 3.8 million members across the world.CHS is affiliated to RCI , hence you as a member of CHS can access the RCI exchange network which includes over 5000 resorts across the world. CHS welcomes you with a 3 year enrollment with RCI upon joining as a member and the same is processed on realization of 50% of your membership fee.
    Upon realization of 50% of your membership fees , your enrollment takes about 45 days , within which you receive your RCI membership kit along with your personalized RCI membership number. The kit has a resort directory and a guide detailing the guidelines of using RCI.

    What is RCI Exchange and RCI Bonus Holiday ?
    There are 2 types of RCI holidays:

  • Standard exchanges for which you need to deposit (exchange) your entitlement week from your membership.
  • Bonus week holidays. In this case, you simply buy the week without depositing your week.
  • You will be required to provide the following details:
  • Your RCI membership number.
  • Multiple choices of destinations and dates you would like to holiday in.
  • Your credit card number - to book space or to start a search for a preferred destination.
  • You may also make payments by demand draft. The search/booking in this case however, starts only after the payment has been realized.

    Note : There is an exchange fee that RCI charges, which needs to be paid along with your request. This fee will vary depending on the type of exchange, season & apartment type of the confirmed holiday.

    What is the general pattern of RCI exchange or Bonus ?
    RCI generally operates on holiday bookings in multiples of a week; irrespective of the number of days you may stay. In some exception destinations , a 3 or 4 nights split week is also available.

    Can I gift my RCI holiday
    Yes, RCI holiday bookings can be gifted by the primary member by purchasing a gift certificate from RCI.
